IRWINDALE, CALIF. – Andrea G. Montagna has been named chief executive officer of Bonduelle Fresh Americas, a business unit of the Bonduelle Group, Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France. He replaces Mary Thompson who stepped down as CEO earlier this year.
Most recently, Mr. Montagna was CEO of Bonduelle Italy. Prior to joining Bonduelle Fresh Italy in January 2017, he was general manager for the Bolton Group.
Mr. Montagna will report to Guillaume Debrosse, group CEO of Bonduelle.

Bonduelle acquired Ready Pac Foods in 2017 and renamed the business Bonduelle Fresh Americas. The company processes fresh produce and protein under the Ready Pac Foods, Bistro, Ready Snacks and Cool Cuts brands and has four processing plants throughout North America.
