ST. FRANCIS, WIS. — Wixon Inc., launched FlavorFresh SR, a concentrated sustained-release flavor alternative that is more cost-effective than traditional spray-dried formats.

The free-flowing, water-soluble, encapsulated powder disperses evenly while preventing flavor and aroma “hot spots” in finished applications, according to the company. Designed to maintain flavor and aroma under challenging processing conditions, FlavorFresh SR is available in both vanilla and maple varieties.
