PETALUMA, CALIF. — Amy’s Kitchen is emphasizing convenience with the debut of its frozen burrito multipacks.

The 4-count packages help consumers keep easily preparable, non-GMO options on hand for on-the-go meals, school lunches and snacking occasions. Amy’s burritos are available in bean, rice and cheese and non-dairy bean and rice varieties, and the meals are ready to serve after two minutes of microwaving. Each 6-oz burrito contains at least 10 grams of protein and features ingredients like organic pinto beans, brown rice and wheat tortillas.

“Our multipack burritos offer the perfect solution to keep your favorite burritos stocked,” said Fred Scarpulla, chief culinary officer at Amy’s Kitchen. “They are a convenient and organic option that not only tastes great but is also easy to enjoy, even on-the-go.”

Amy’s multipack burritos will be available at national retailers beginning this month for a suggested retail price of $12.99. The products join Amy’s organic prepared food portfolio that includes canned soups and frozen entrees such as pizza, macaroni and cheese and pasta bowls.
