LOUISVILLE, KY. — Manna Beverages & Ventures, a manufacturer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, is acquiring Nor-Cal Beverage Co. The acquisition will enable Manna Beverages & Ventures to expand Nor-Cal Beverage Co.’s products among other business opportunities. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Nor-Cal Beverage Co. is an independent co-packer of teas, Ades, chilled juices, waters, and energy drinks in California. Nor-Cal operates two facilities in Anaheim and Sacramento.
