JUPITER, FLA.  — PoliCane Co., LLC is offering policane sweetener, which is formulated from sugar cane juice. Policane is a sugar cane juice concentrate. It is processed using an industrial mass production process to preserve all bounties of the cane, the company said.

The product is available as a syrup and in a crystalline form. The sweetener may be used in applications such as beverages, baked foods, coffee tea, colas, sauces, ketchup, and desserts.
