CHICAGO — Datassential’s Menucast is able to connect consumers to food and beverage industry data. Menucast, formerly Haiku, debuted in 2018 as an AI-powered tool to leverage food and beverage data.

Through updates, the tool may now predict the future of flavor and ingredient trends with 98% accuracy, according to the company.

“Since we’ve been in the food trend prediction game significantly longer than anyone else, we’ve had time to optimize our algorithms for the utmost accuracy,” said Emily Tang, senior vice president of product management Datassential’s.

The tool also may predict data from pre-COVID to post-COVID.
