BURLINGTON, MASS. — Keurig Dr Pepper is preparing for a new phase of growth and has updated its executive leadership team.
Andrew Archambault has been promoted to president of United States refreshment beverages. Mr. Archambault, currently president of commercial and beverage concentrates, will oversee the business segment to include marketing, fountain food service, concentrate sales, and the nationwide direct store delivery network.
Patrick Minogue, the company’s current senior vice president and general manager of coffee, is now president of US coffee. As president, Mr. Minogue will continue to drive growth in the single-serve coffee category.
Chief financial officer Sudhanshu Priyadarshi is adding president of international to his title. Mr. Priyadarshi will now oversee Keurig Dr Pepper Canada and Grupo Penafiel, the company’s Canadian and Mexico businesses.
Monique Oxender has been appointed as chief corporate affairs officer. Previously, Ms. Oxender was senior vice president and chief sustainability officer.
Tim Cofer is joining the company as chief operating officer and will transition to chief executive officer in 2024.
Group president Mauricio Leyva is moving to an advisory role in 2024. He has led the company’s international business along with growing its US coffee segment.
