The line may offer a cream-forward cheese flavor profile with savory butter base notes, the company said. The line also may offer lower usage rates than standard cheese powders, which provides formulation flexibility, according to the company. Butter Buds dairy concentrates are formulated with cheese and flavor components the are balanced, which retains the creaminess.
