NORTHBROOK, ILL. — Bell Flavors & Fragrances has introduced a new line of USDA Kettle Cooked Meat Flavors. The flavors include free range chicken, grass-fed beef, and organic turkey. The flavors were formulated to enhance a product’s natural broth flavor profile, according to the company. The flavors also may provide a cleaner label.
The ingredient line is formulated in small batches and is cooked low and slow, the company said. The flavors may be used in applications such as soups and broths, seasoning blends, sauces and others.
