Dateible LLC debuted its brand, Purdate, which specializes in date-based sweeteners. Among Purdate’s products will be date powder, paste, syrup, spread and whole pitted dates, as well as the company’s signature product, date sugar. Date sugar can be used as an alternative sweetener for baking and cooking.
All products are made from organic dates that are considered “cosmetically deficient,” and would otherwise be wasted, according to the company.
Truly Grass Fed launched its spreadable butter packaged in tubs. The butter contains two ingredients, sweet cream and salt. The softer fats in the butter allow for its “spread-ability” and the sweet cream comes from an Ireland-based farm where a majority of cows are grass-fed.
In addition to the spreadable butter, Truly Grass Fed offers salted and unsalted butter foil packs and sticks, ghee clarified butter, as well as natural aged and sharp cheddar.
The Brooklyn, NY-based green tea company has introduced its newest product, matcha Love Energy+, a green tea and matcha blend.
Each energy drink contains 50 mg of caffeine, paired with antioxidants, vitamins and amino acids. The recyclable cans are 8.2 oz and will be available in three flavors: honey and ginger; acerola and yuzu; and blueberry and ginseng.
The products will be available in specialty and natural food stores, grocery stores and supermarkets in the United States at a suggested retail price of $2.49 per can.
Sunday Night Foods has rolled out Sunday Night Premium Dessert Sauce, a shelf-stable gourmet chocolate ganache in a jar.
The ganache is formulated with ingredients perceived as clean and has no preservatives, artificial flavors, palm oil, corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk or nuts.
Sunday Night currently offers the ganache in three flavors: sweet and rich dark chocolate, decadent chocolate and dark chocolate and sea salt. Each flavor comes in a 9.2-oz jar and is available throughout the United States at select stores or through the company’s website for a suggested retail price of $12.49.
Terrapin Ridge is adding eight products to its line of sauces and jams. The company announced five new products and three existing products in new package sizes.
Among the new products will be two chili lime flavored products: a chili lime ranch salad dressing and a chili lime aioli squeeze garnishing sauce. The company also is offering a new raspberry chipotle sauce.

Ocean’s Balance unveiled its seaweed-based unsalted seasoning blends, made using farmed and foraged seaweed.
The seasoning blends are available in three flavors: lemon pepper, chili lime and seafood seasonings. The products are made with no added salt, but rather get the salty flavor from the natural seaweed.
World Finer Foods launched Aqua Nobel, a line of sustainable, alkaline and flavored waters.
The boxed water will have a pH value of 8.2 and is offered in an unflavored option, as well as three flavored options: lemon and ginger, watermelon and raspberry, and blood orange and grapefruit.
Maud Borup introduced Uffda Gummy Bears, a crunchier take on the classic sweet, according to the company. The gummy bears are freeze-dried, which extracts the moisture, preserves the flavor and makes the gummy bears crunchy.
The sweets will be available by summer 2022 and come in a 1.6-oz resealable bag with a suggested retail price of $4.99.
Dr. In The Kitchen expanded its plant-based cracker line with Flax & Fonio Ancient Grain Crackers.
The new product is made with fonio, which is part of the millet family and native to West Africa. The crackers are available in three flavors: everything, garden vegetable and sea salt, and have a suggested retail price of $5.99 for a 4.5-oz bag.
Austin-based Rhythm Superfoods debuted Mushroom Crisps, which initially launched in fall 2021.
The brown and white button mushrooms are cooked at a low temperature until they are crisped. The gluten-free and vegan snack is available in sea salt and fire roasted flavors. A four-pack of the 2-oz Mushroom Crisps carry a suggested retail price of $24.
BelGioioso Cheese, Inc. introduced two 8-oz Scamorza-Rella cheese varieties, available in traditional and smoked with natural hickory flavors.
The cheese is made from a combination of mozzarella and provolone cheeses, which is then cured. It’s available pre-sliced, and both flavors come in 8-oz eight-case packs.
