WokAsia has launched with a line of products in collaboration with Chef Martin Yan. The frozen meals are minimally processed and are ready to eat in two minutes, according to the company.
Refrigerated pasta and sauce company Buitoni released a new line of refrigerated ravioli. The ravioli is available in pepperoni and cheese, which features a mix of pepperoni and mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and chicken Parmesan ravioli, which is made with breaded chicken, tomato sauce and grated cheese. The pasta can be made in six minutes and comes in 20-oz packages.

Philadelphia Cream Cheese is launching its first ever plant-based spread after a two-year development process.
The dairy-, lactose- and gluten-free recipe aims to satisfy the 52% of consumers wanting to add more plant-based foods to their regular diet, according to the company. Philadelphia’s new spread is available in the brand’s original cream cheese flavor at select retailers in the southeast United States. Consumers can expect a national rollout, with new flavors, in summer 2023.
Acclaimed filmmaker and TV producer Ava DuVernay’s latest project linked her with premium ice cream maker Ben & Jerry’s.
Ms. DuVernay directed the flavor profile for the upcoming Lights! Caramel! Action! dessert, working with Ben & Jerry’s flavor gurus to develop a vanilla ice cream that features salted caramel and graham cracker swirls, as well as chocolate chip cookie dough.
GrownAs* Foods launched its boxed macaroni and cheese, a vegan take on the classic pasta.
The plant-based boxed macaroni and cheese is available in two varieties: classic and truffle, and is formulated with ingredients like nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, potato and coconut flour. It is non-GMO, cholesterol-free, nut-free, soy-free and sugar-free and contains 25 grams of protein per box, according to the company.

Snack bar company Get Golden released a sweet-and-salty limited-edition holiday cocktail nut mix, featuring caramelized nuts and toasted coconut, which comes in a decorative box inspired by popcorn holiday tins.
Blake’s Seed Based debuted its Chewy Granola Bars, which feature flax seeds and sunflower seeds and are non-GMO, vegan and free of the top nine allergens.
The granola bars are available in chocolate chip, apple cinnamon and birthday cake varieties.
