Healthy snacking options are taking off.
Hormel Foods Corp. brand Skippy is expanding its P.B. Bites lineup with three new Girl Scout Cookies-inspired flavors.
The new offerings combine cookie centers and a coating of Skippy peanut butter, with varieties like coconut caramel, chocolate peanut butter and Adventurefuls.
The better-for-you brand from Sigma Foods is adding a new line of baked puffs that are formulated with high-protein ingredients and vegetables.
Initial flavors include Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower, Mesquite Barbeque Broccoli, Cheddar Jalapeno Broccoli and Sour Cream and Onion Cauliflower.
Yumi's functional nutrition products are landing in Whole Foods Market stores this fall.
The snacks, aimed at toddlers and young children, include Rice-Free, Organic Meltable puffs and Superfood Veggie Organic bars. Yumi is also adding a Whole Foods-exclusive flavor of its vegetable bars: mango and kale.
Mars, Inc. is launching Skittles Littles, a smaller and more poppable variety of its popular candy. The Littles are available in a 1.9-oz resealable tube for an on-the-go treat or in a 7.2-oz pouch.
"Expanding our portfolio with Skittles Littles allows us to create even more pleasantly perplexing experiences and inspire moments of everyday happiness for fans," said Ro Cheng, marketing director at Mars.
BodyArmor Sports Nutrition is further expanding into the rapid rehydration segment with new Flash I.V. Hydration Boosters. The single-serve powder sticks provide a boost of energy with more than 2,200 mg of electrolytes, along with immune system benefits from zinc and vitamins B and C. One Hydration Booster stick has 15 or fewer calories, no sugar and no artificial flavors or sweeteners.

NotCo is debuting a new series of plant-based chicken nugget alternatives. NotChicken Dino Nuggets are made with fava beans, bamboo and peach powder to deliver a mouthfeel and taste that closely mimics conventional chicken. Each serving contains 8 grams of protein, zero cholesterol and 62% less saturated fat than regular nuggets, according to the company.

FRE Alcohol-Removed Wines has unveiled new single-serve "mini" Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon wines. The 187-ml, non-alcoholic drinks are designed to provide a convenient and versatile option for inclusive hosting and special occasions, according to the company.

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is launching his first line of frozen entrees under the By Chef Ramsay brand.
