Chamberlain Coffee, brand founded by influencer Emma Chamberlain, is expanding its ready-to-drink latte line, which launched in April 2023, with the introduction of oatmilk lattes.
The first launch of the product featured a blend of almond milk and coconut cream, but after consumer feedback, the line is now formulated with oatmilk, which offers a sweeter flavor. The ready-to-drink oatmilk lattes are available in salted caramel and mocha flavors and are sweetened with cane sugar and date syrup.
Aura Bora introduced its December flavor-of-the-month: chai cranberry. The holiday-inspired flavor features a blend of sweet-and-spicy chai with tart red cranberries and is available to purchase direct-to-consumer via Aura Bora’s website.
Doritos, a brand from PepsiCo, Inc.’s Frito-Lay division, is partnering with Empirical to debut a limited-edition Empirical x Doritos Nacho Cheese Spirit. The spirit, which “offers a multi-sensorial, delicious beverage experience that smells and tastes just like the real thing,” was created through a production process using real Doritos chips and retaining their essence through vacuum distillation, according to the company.
“Doritos is all about disrupting culture and bringing our fans unexpected, bold experiences,” said Tina Mahal, senior vice president of marketing for Frito-Lay North America. “We're always pushing our fans to try new things, so we figure it's time we disrupt the spirits category by offering our iconic nacho cheese flavor in a bottle.”
Pennsylvania-based Victory Brewing Company is partnering with Flowers Foods Inc.’s Tastykake brand to release a ‘Koffee Kake’ ale, which features notes of pound cake and cinnamon.
“Brand crossovers are on the rise in craft for the unique and special value they bring to drinkers,” said Kelly Irvine, brand manager of Victory Brewing Company. “As Victory entered the world of collaboration, it was especially important for us to select a partner whose identity, values and flavor profiles would align with ours in a way that connected with our loyal fanbase.”
Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. released its first line of non-alcoholic brews, which features a Trail Pass IPA and Trail Pass Golden.

Elmhurst 1925 is bringing back its dairy-free OatNog, which features a blend of spices, whole grain oats and cashews.

Utz Brands, Inc.’s snack brand Boulder Canyon partnered with Grillo’s Pickles to launch a classic dill pickle-flavored kettle style potato chip. The chip features a combination of dill, garlic and vinegar flavors.
“We are stoked to run it back with Utz Brands to give our favorite snack lovers another special collaboration,” said Eddie Andre, vice president of branding at Grillo’s Pickles. “Our first partnership with Utz Brands was a huge success, so I can only imagine how our customers are going to react to this new pickle forward chip with Boulder Canyon.”

Plant-based jerky company All Y’alls Foods introduced its first new flavor in five years: cinnamon churro. Inspired by the flavors from Texas and Mexico, the jerky features a blend of cinnamon and sugar.
"Creating these flavors is akin to storytelling for us,” said Brett Christoffel, founder and chief executive officer of All Y'alls Foods. “You're not just getting a snack when you taste our cinnamon churro jerky.
